Privacy

The practice adheres to the professional guidelines set by the privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) regarding privacy, record-keeping, complaint and access rights.

Complaints

Our intention is to provide effective, evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs, acting in good conscience and according to the guidelines of the professional associations we are affiliated with (Landelijke Vereniging van Vrijgevestigde Psychologen en Psychotherapeuten & add Don’s association). If you are not satisfied, we ask you to first discuss your concerns with us so we can try to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

If this is not possible, under the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz), you may submit your complaint to an independent and impartial complaints officer affiliated with the Association of Healthcare Complaints Officers (VKIG) and working at CBKZ.
